Today, I’m keeping a close eye on two key assets: the US Dollar Index (DXY) and Bitcoin.

The US Dollar remains relatively stable, holding within a narrow range at106.8. We’ve seen muted volatility in the forex market recently, with the EUR/USD and major pairs trading in predictable zones. I don’t expect significant movement in the coming days, especially with limited economic data on the horizon.

In contrast,Bitcoin has taken center stage, reaching a new all-time high of $107,820 yesterday. Currently, Bitcoin is trading around $106,400, showcasing impressive strength. This incredible surge is driven by growing market confidence, fuelled by speculation that the US government may increase its Bitcoin holdings—an unprecedented move that adds credibility to the cryptocurrency's adoption.

For traders, this momentum raises key questions: Is $106K the top, or is this just the beginning of a run toward $1 million in the coming years, as some believe? Personally, I see potential for Bitcoin to hit*$110,000 in the short term, which aligns with my profit targets on open positions.
