Important Notice: Temporary Interruption of Index CFDs Trading

On October 17, 2024, between 03:10 and 05:57 GMT+3, ACY Securities experienced a temporary interruption affecting the quotations for the index symbols JP225, NAS100, DJ30, and SP500 on our MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 platforms. During this period, clients were unable to execute trades, including both market and pending or limit orders, due to the unavailability of these key index CFD quotations. 

The root cause of this disruption was identified as a temporary network issue within our liquidity provider’s FIX pricing channel. This unforeseen technical problem impacted the seamless delivery of quotation data for the affected indices. Our technical team acted swiftly to escalate the issue to our service provider, and we are pleased to report that full quotation services were restored by 05:57 GMT+3 on the same day. Since then, all affected services have been operating normally. 

To prevent similar incidents in the future, ACY Securities is committed to enhancing our infrastructure by integrating additional liquidity resources. These proactive measures are designed to strengthen system resilience and minimise the risk of disruptions, ensuring a stable and reliable trading environment for our clients.
